I LOVE BFL :) My waist, hips, thighs, and calves are getting smaller...and GAINED an inch on my arm!!!
I'm getting stronger...but the world's strongest woman can squat 600 pounds, bench almost 400 pounds, and deadlift 550 pounds. I have my work cut out for me if I'm going to compete with her!!!
